The second of the Web Biennial series by the Istanbul Contemporary Art Museum, iS.CaM, will be realised next year in 2005.

Open Call for proposals will start this fall and end late December 2004. This time we will have a theme: "Peace!".

All kinds of online art works are welcome. No commercial sites again but NGO's welcome. This year we will not accept redirection pages as URL's.

Other than these, we will try keep Internet and art as FREE and OPEN as possible.
