TREEHOUSE is an esoteric project merging voyeurism, found e-mails, romance, and a serial storytelling approach (which we dubbed Appisodic™) all wrapped in a dynamic, new e-mail reader interface. Intriguing, right? Strange? Definitely. It’s not a game, and it’s not a book…and that’s what’s cool about the iPhone, we can make things that don’t fit into defined categories; it's a New Storytelling Machine and TREEHOUSE is a new model in storytelling.

TREEHOUSE is a collaboration between myself and my production/publishing partner, Jason Franzen, the designer and creative force behind First Fifteen.

About a year ago, I discovered the raw e-mails that are at the heart of this project (while restoring a trashed hard-drive…). For over a year, I compiled and edited the data for Jason to design the data into a series of innovative Apps. With confidence, I can say you've never seen anything like this before.
