How can we connect with the eco system and questions around us, not only using the mind, but also our body, heart and soul? How can co-creative action and theatre create a shift in the “field of possibility” and engage the imagination? How can bring to the front of the collective consciousness the new movement of change?
A co-creative aRtivist residency and vacation in Mas Franch eco-community, Catalonia, towards creative action. In the 5 days we will explore Co-creative processes, Newspaper theater, Embodied poetry, spontaneity, site specific theatre, and creative actions and Rituals in public spaces as tools for social transformation.
The residency is part of the artistic collective TheAlbero’s trip “In the Name of the Mother”, exploring with theatre and aesthetics the connection to Mother Earth, between the real and the ideal. After the intense experiences of the first part of trip and the co-creative event, TFT Learning Village, we decided to dedicate the residency towards the processing of collected ideas and material towards co-creative aRtivist actions towards and within the COP21 in Paris.
We arrive to Mas Franch on the 5th of August and leave on the 9th, in these days we would connect to the source and examine the “field” to design and test co-creative spontaneous actions in public space. The action day would likely be on the 7th or 8th of August in the city…
We would also dedicate time to connect, enjoy and be inspired by the beautiful nature (and the amazing natural pool) of Mas franch eco-community and other places we might visit.
It is not necessary to have prior knowledge in theatre, activism or social theatre or even to commit in joining us in Paris in December.
