K18 is a 400m2 studio that offers workspaces of different sizes for professionals in the creative industry.

The Co working studio is fully equipped with big individual tables with chairs, electricity system, cables and a very bright light system. Co-working at K18 brings flexibility to your working schedule. You may have a monthly fixed table or we can fix part time agreements designed for the days you would need during the month, depending on availability. We offer deals to projects and teams depending on member size and length of stay. Short-time projects and teams are very welcome.

Fixed Desk spaces for 160 EUR(Netto) per month

All agreements include 24/7 access keys, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooking station, dish washer, coffee, tea, espresso machine, heating system, hot water, a comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine . Access to a comfortable meeting space, weekly cleaning services and basic products of maintenance all included.
