“Just as our grand ol’ country is on the verge of falling into the depths of hell, artist Greg Haberny is throwing a party, a raging birthday party. Based on the political, social and economic hurricane that’s about to come ashore, Greg is hosting “The Wanker’s Ball” set to the backdrop of obsessive, distressing, intrusive thoughts and related compulsions. Greg’s art attempts to neutralize these obsessions and this installation explores America’s unique disorder in the “Pre-Apocalyptic Expressionist” style with cupcakes, dancing, music and of course, art. “
