Current Panel Members:
Andrea Carlson lives and works as a visual artist in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 2003, she earned a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2005. Carlson has received a McKnight Fellowship for visual art and exhibits nationally and internationally, including the Smithsonian’s Museum of the American Indian and The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery in Toronto.

Tamatha Perlman is a writer and museum professional. She has written about Minnesota artists for The Minneapolis institute of Arts, ARP!, mnartists.org and the Nash Gallery at the University of Minnesota. Tamatha was the Minnesota Artists Exhibition Program associate 2005-2010. She currently works for Sandbox Studios which specializes in merging technology, education and museums.

Bruce Tapola received his BFA from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, and his MFA degree from Montana State University in Bozeman. Tapola currently is a Professor of Art at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. He has exhibited extensively throughout the United States and received the McKnight Fellowship for Visual Art twice.

Megan Vossler received her BA from Brown University, and her MFA from Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Her drawings are exhibited nationwide. Megan has received numerous grants and fellowships, including a McKnight Foundation Fellowship, a Jerome Foundation Fellowship, and an Artist Initiative Grant from the MN State Arts Board. She currently teaches drawing at Macalester College in St. Paul.
