ABOUT:

MPF promotes socially engaged photography.

We are building a community of artists/curators/educators/activists to explore photography's role as an active force for change within contemporary society. To this end projects selected will deal with social/political issues affecting contemporary society, work with communities, social projects (and audience participation) or some mix thereof. Projects involving mixed media, talks or workshops are not only allowed but actively encouraged.
