The iARTA research group (Initiative for Advanced Research in Technology and the Arts) at the University of North Texas is launching both a hard copy journal + on-line site for work on electronic art.

We are putting together a special inaugural issue on Environment(s) + Art, but / and welcome submissions from a wide variety of perspectives, forms, formats on any topic relating to electronic art.
