WAC - Web Art Center, is planning a Non Biennale, an event focused on non-artistic images. In this sense, the WAC is looking for artists to
develop works included in the following areas: decorative images, kitch,
mass media, advertising, etc. according to the definition of Alan
Kaprow’s Not-Art.
