The New York Art Residency & Studios (NARS) Foundation is a not-for-profit arts organization founded in 2006 and based in Brooklyn, New York. We seek applications from both emerging and established artists, for whom appointments as resident artists might either make a significant impact on their careers or for whom a change of environment may offer refreshment and inspiration.
For 2012 Season I (January – June), the NARS Foundation International Artist Residency Program is open to both U.S.-based and International applicants.  Artists-in-residence can take advantage of the interaction with over 120 New York City working artists in the NARS studios during the program.
