In november 2008, Kiberpipa (Cyberpipe) from Ljubljana, Slovenia is organizing the third edition of biennial festival of open technologies and modern-art practice HAIP.

Artist, theorists and creative engineers are kindly invited to participate. Call for applications is open until 21st April 2008. The theme of this year's festival is "Hacktopia".
