Please join us for a special closing reception for the exhibitions Bending the Grid: Rest in Peace by Helen M. Stummer, 5 Days in July: A Video Installation, and Rebuilding Newark, along with a featured screening of the film Revolution '67.
The evening includes a book signing with photographer Helen M. Stummer for her fully illustrated catalogue; an artists' talk with Chuck Schultz and Esther Podemski moderated by Komozi Woodward, Professor of History at Sarah Lawrence College, for 5 Days in July; and a video screening of the documentary film Revolution '67 by Marylou Tibaldo-Bongiorno, an additional perspective on the 1967 Newark civil disturbances.
