Job Description:
1) Engage and energize volunteers, trustees, event committees,partnering organizations,& funders;
2) Develop & maintain a strong relationship with Trustees and serve ex-officio on Board Committees;
3) Build partnerships in new markets creating additional income;
4) Create and manage a Master Calendar of activities at the Center;
5) Use diverse methods of communication to publicize events and raise funds;
6) Expand revenue generating and fund-raising activities;
7) Coordinate Facilities Management with the Town of Johnsburg, and
8) Be active in community organizations and committees.
Goal: To expand the use of the Center to its realistic capacity and to generate income commensurate with expenses.
Hours: Full time, salaried, exempt position.
Salary: Commensurate with experience (range: $30,000 - $39,000).

Reports to: Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees.
Qualification:
1) Proven leadership and management experience;
2) Past success working with non-profit Boards;
3) Strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience;
4) Excellent written, verbal, and IT communication skills;
5) Adaptable and innovative approach to all aspects of the position, and
6) Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups.
