ALLDAYEVERYDAY seeks an NYC-based permanent or freelance Ruby on Rails developer to start immediately. You’d be working on challenging projects for interesting clients, including Nike, ALDO, and The Standard Hotel.

Ideally, you:
•love details, and pride yourself on getting them right
•believe coding well is more important than coding quickly
•can code quickly anyway
•solve problems methodically, and aren’t afraid to ask for help

Your responsibilities would include:
•working from our SoHo office
•writing clean, well-commented code
•reviewing other people’s code, with the rest of our dev team
•delivering new features on time
•reporting to our Digital Producer and Digital Director

Your qualifications:
•2-5 years experience with Ruby on Rails, HTML, and CSS.
•knowledge and love jQuery, but you could write useful JavaScript without it.
•knowledge and love of Heroku
•experience with Git

Extra credit for experience with node.js and Coffeescript.
